Rowland Subdivision

Rowland Subdivision is a public, two-lane boat ramp with a fixed courtesy dock and gravel parking for 50 vehicles / trailers. It is located approximately 12 miles south of Manning, off of County Road 345, off of County Road 344 (Sam Nexsen Road).

Directions:

1. From Manning, follow S. Mill St. (SC-260S) to Oak Grove Church Rd.
2. Turn right onto Oak Grove Church Rd.
Continue onto Loss Brook Road (S-14-62) to Moses Dingle Rd.
3. Turn right onto Moses Dingle Rd.
4. Take the 1st left onto M.W. Rickenbaker Rd.
5. Turn left onto Sam Nexson Rd. (State Rd. S-14-344)
6. Turn right onto Rowland Rd. (State Rd. S-14-345)
7. Turn right to remain on Rowland Rd. (State Rd. S-14-345)
8. Continue straight to the ramp.
