This a family and or large group overnight dream stay. I have turned this awesome 5 BR Lake Front Home into a lake front rental destination to accommodate larger groups looking for a higher end amenity versus the standard overnight hotel in Santee. Lake Marion Waterfront Home! Stunning Views! Gorgeous Open Floor Plan! Over 5000 Sf Of Serenity And Peace Await You! Best panoramic and sunrise view on the Lake and a dock where we catch 20+ lb catfish every time we cast out a few lines. There are a total of 6 BR's and an additional kitchen, basically 2 houses in 1; however I live in what I call the Mother In Law Suite that has a separate entrance and is sectioned/locked off from the main house. I have two dogs that live with me, DASH a 10.5 year old Brittany Spaniel and LAKE a 1.5 year old, "not sure what he is, just a mutt" but he showed up here the day I moved in on Aug 4, 2019 as a little pup who was starving, I fed him and he's been with me since. They are harmless, they bark, but don't bite and are very welcoming and use to our guests visiting the house. ****Full Disclosure here - I want to address some of the concerns from a few of the reviews posted. I moved into this house on Aug 4, 2019 under a lease to purchase contract. I closed on the house in late September, 2020. I could not put alot of work or time into the home until I closed on it and many items were starting to malfunction due to lack of maintenance by the previous owner. Recently, I have been putting a lot of time and work into the house, cleaning it up and repairing appliances,etc. I have steamcleaned the carpets, and performed several deep cleans across the house and it is in much better shape for future guests. I still have alot of work to do but its going to be a work in process and like eating an elephant "one bite at a time" however I assure you the house is a great value for the price charged and the location and amenities that it provides to renters. I am at the home most of the time however if any of my renters have any issues, they are welcome to contact me and I'm a very reasonable and flexible person and will address and remediate any concerns or issues.
